Celtic Community Services Limited has been established since 2009 and is privately owned. Our head office is based in Llantrisant and we provide support to all individuals covering the Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan areas.

We are a small and friendly team who specialise in supporting adults with substance misuse, substance misuse related illnesses, mental health and neuro-diversity. Our service is available to all individuals throughout their recovery, whether they are dependent, looking to decrease the levels of daily substances (primarily alcohol), harm reduction or to become abstinent. We also provide support to individuals with mental health, dual diagnosis and more recently we have been supporting individuals with neuro-diversity.

We provide comprehensive support to all individuals who are living independently in their own homes, sheltered and/or warden accommodation and hostels. We support individuals to live as independently as possible whilst encouraging improvements to their home environment, health and well-being.

We cover all aspects of support to include finances and payment of bills, ordering, collecting and administering of medication and domestics. Our support also includes transport to all medical and hospital appointments; shopping; social trips and places of interest. As a company we do our upmost for all individuals to live a healthier lifestyle by encouraging them to choose healthier options as well as engaging in our harm reduction programme. All support provided to individuals is person-centred.

Celtic Community Services Limited is registered with CIW All

 Management and staff are registered with Social Care Wales. 

Management hold the required qualifications. 

All staff hold the required qualifications or working towards them within the required timescale.
